Job Title: Maintenance and Lubrication Technician
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 40 hours weekly (Standard hours). Overtime available.
Our client is a technology-driven and specialist industrial services provider offering a range of engineering solutions and technical services to various industries. Their Scarborough site is recruiting for a Maintenance and Lubrication Engineer on a Temp to Perm basis.

Daily responsibilities include maintenance and repair of machines to ensure smooth operation, including changing oil, filters, and rotating tires.
About the role:
* Lubricate bearings, spray chains, fill oil bots using predefined assets
* Apply lubricants to rotating elements
* Follow routes sent via an iPad and work on predefined routes
* Manage weekly stock take and update stock levels in the system
* Implement lubrication techniques to optimize regimes
* Perform first-line maintenance, assess issues, and escalate when necessary
* Communicate with the client regarding lubrication issues
* Perform repairs and modifications as needed safely and efficiently
* Assist in lubrication training for operational personnel
* Report asset defects and enter notifications into the client's ERP system
About You:
* Knowledge of Tribology and lubricant methodologies
* Experience with rotating equipment and ability to support training
* Technical apprenticeship, A-level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification
