Position: Junior System Engineer
Location: Watford, office-based
Salary: £36,225 – £41,943
Hours: Full‑time, five days a week onsite

Responsibilities
* Support and improve the Tusker IT environment across production, pre‑production web infrastructure and office infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance, security and quality by following Tusker procedures and tracking work through the ticketing system.
* Perform daily system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, services and key processes.
* Provide desktop support: build Windows and Mac machines, troubleshoot user issues, manage MS Office products.
* Administer user accounts via Active Directory and third‑party systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
* Set up and manage Duo 2‑factor authentication.
* Provide printer and email support, resolve errors and provide on‑site assistance.
* Configure and troubleshoot networking – VPN access, Wi‑Fi and office network.
* Support telephony – softphone, call‑centre software, IVR, mobile phones (Android, iOS, Apple).
* Assist with office backup routines, CCTV and entry systems (fobs, biometrics).
* Recover systems and services from hardware or software failures, apply patches and perform periodic upgrades.
* Support the physical office network, including switching.
Qualifications
* Previous desktop support or a related IT role.
* Experience with Five9, Endpoint Central, Salesforce, Active Directory, Mimecast, Duo, Meraki, Office365.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
