Department Overview
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead a thriving Psychology department delivering:
* AQA A-Level Psychology to around 1,000 students
* BTEC Applied Psychology to around 100 students
You will lead a team of 11 dedicated teachers, ensuring outstanding teaching, high academic standards, and exceptional student outcomes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant degree and PGCE with QTS/QTLS
* Is a passionate and inspiring Psychology teacher
* Has a strong track record of excellent A-Level results
* Is an outstanding classroom practitioner
* Can lead, motivate and develop colleagues
* Has high expectations and a commitment to student success
