Expertise in defining and implementing local or team-based standards, tools, and techniques, ensuring compliance and technical integrity across all project stages. You select the appropriate development methods and provide expert technical guidance to stakeholders. Extensive experience in establishing standards and procedures across a service lifecycle including the development lifecycle and ensures that practitioners adhere to this. You manage resources to ensure that the systems integration function works effectively. Strong track record of applying modern standards and best practices appropriately. You take ownership of mentoring, coaching, and guiding others to uphold technical excellence within teams. Proven capability in identifying and capitalising on opportunities through emerging digital technologies to enhance capabilities in alignment with evolving business objectives. Experience in setting organisation-wide release policies for both development and operations, ensuring effective service transition through robust management processes, tools, automation, validation, and configuration controls You and your role You'll be working in a DWP DevSecOps team, helping to protect DWP and out users against threats.
