Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Southport Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator with a professional telephone manner and proven experience in the drainage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient scheduling, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and complete CCTV drainage reports accurately and on time. * Manage and update client and contractor portals. * Produce, send, and follow up on invoices. * Organise and maintain engineer schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. * Answer telephone calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and support. * Liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers to coordinate work and resolve queries. * Carry out general administrative duties to support the office team. Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in the drainage industry (essential). * Strong telephone manner and communication skills. * Experience with CCTV drainage reporting software. * Confident in using IT systems, including portals and invoicing platforms. * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
