Key Role Responsibilities

As a Aftersales Retention Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Service Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Completing our digital Service lead inbox outbound booking calls daily ensuring all deadlines are maintained & no leads expire.
* Ensuring all automated Service Lead Inbox SMS and Email processes are followed and maintained.
* Convert and manage all digital service leads via MyAudi App into appointments and manage conversion levels to a high standard.
* Explain and outline to our customers the benefits of their MyAudi Application and enhanced automatic service reminder process.
* Ensure all applicable customers are presented with a service plan offering that best suits their needs explaining the benefits and converting at a high standard.
* Work with our service teams to further drive eVHC lost or deferred sales back into the business via a reminder process.
* Support our continued drive to delivering industry leading customer service reflected in our Audi survey scoring.


Requirements

We need someone who has:

* A warm and friendly telephone manner.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure all relevant details are relayed on bookings and relevant information is passed back to our customers.
* Good computer skills.
* Someone who is willing to learn and develop into the role.
* Excellent customer service skills and upholds the highest possible levels of integrity.
