This welcoming and supportive role provides hands-on experience in:
Managing a team of Revenues and/or enforcement officers
Communication both written and verbal as you interact with the public, businesses, colleagues and external stakeholders
Teamwork and independent decision-making, managing priorities and meeting deadlines
Data analysis, forecast planning, preparation and presentation of data to elected members and senior management
Supporting city-wide initiatives and working directly with experienced professionals
