Youth and Community Worker
Based at The Hut - Preston Road
25 Hours per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday evenings)
£13.01-£15.12 per hour depending upon experience

Child Dynamix is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Youth and Community Worker to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding role where your contribution will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver a range of sessions and activities to support the informal learning, development and interests of young people aged between 10 and 19 years old.
* To support and encourage the voice and influence of young people in local and city wide projects
* Ensuring that all data is collated appropriately and timely, allowing for effective monitoring to take place.
* To provide support, advice and signpost young people to relevant services
* To be a team player, flexible, approachable and able to work under pressure.
* Hold a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Youth Work or related discipline
