A highly respected London law firm is looking to hire a Legal Assistant to join its Employment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a core part of a busy practice and supporting fee earners with day to day casework and workflow coordination.
You will be involved in:
• Drafting initial correspondence and documentation
• Preparing bundles for hearings
• Managing diaries, file opening and compliance tasks
• Coordinating billing and general administrative support
• Liaising with clients and internal teams
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience working in an Employment team
• Enjoys being a key support within the department
• Is organised, accurate, and confident managing multiple tasks
• Is not seeking a solicitor qualification track
• Works well with people and takes initiative in helping the team run smoothly
