The Role:
As a Building Services Engineer, youll be responsible for delivering a broad range of mechanical and building services across office-based sites. Youll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and building system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Liaise directly with clients, providing excellent customer service
