Our Admissions Team Members are the first people that our Guests meet when visiting the resort. This is where their day of Making Magical Memories begins!
The perfect Candidates for these roles will be bubbly, full of energy, and have a huge smile to welcome all of our Guests.
Your typical day will involve:
1. Meet and greet our Guests at the entrance
2. Scan tickets and QR codes with a handheld device
3. Assist Guests and answer questions about their day
4. Assist Guests with car park checkouts
5. Support our Customer Service Team
6. Help maintain a litter-free area
7. Clear tables and empty bins in the Plaza Area
We need people who are:
* Outgoing, friendly, approachable, confident, and passionate about Guest engagement and service
* Motivated and passionate about their role
* Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality, and reliability
* Take pride in their appearance and wear a correct and clean uniform
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and show initiative during quieter periods
* Willing to help and go the extra mile for Guests and colleagues
Hours: Most seasonal roles are available on a full-time and part-time basis. Typically, a full-time role is up to 40 hours a week. Part-time roles often range from 16 to 24 hours per week during term times, increasing during school holidays. Our busiest days are weekends, holidays, and bank holidays, so availability on these days is essential.
Transport: We provide free on-site parking. Good local bus links into Malton, York, Pickering, and Thornton Dale are available via Coastliner. The Tees Valley bus serves Stockton, Middlesbrough, Guisborough, Redcar, Saltburn, Brotton, and Skelton.
Accommodation: There are several local accommodation options nearby. Flamingo Land does not provide onsite staff accommodation.

You will be contacted by our friendly Recruitment Team for an initial telephone interview. Successful candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview with a Department Manager, typically lasting 30 minutes and including competency-based questions. If successful, you will join us for induction, where we will prepare you to work at the Resort. Induction days are engaging and informative, covering everything you need to know about working here. Roles are available until 2 November 2025.
