About Our Client
Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on an on-going temporary basis.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
3. Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
4. Resolving customer complaints
5. Updating CRM systems
6. Liaising with internal teams
7. Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
8. Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
9. Adhoc duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
10. Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
11. Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc
12. 3 years experience within a contact centre environment
13. Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
14. Strong IT skills
15. Can commit to a 3 month temporary role
