We have an exciting role on offer within our Resident and Business Support service as a Customer Services Adviser.
We’re looking for a Customer Services Adviser to join our fast paced, friendly team within the Customer Services Contact Centre.
In this vital front facing role, you’ll be using all your customer service skills and bringing your can-do attitude to answer the phone, greet customers, manage enquiries and help to create a welcoming and positive environment for all of our customers to access the services they need.
Listening, communicating clearly and resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possible are key qualities we are looking for and are instrumental in helping us deliver the Council’s customer strategy and supporting our customer charter.
Our customer advisers work efficiently and effectively to provide an essential service to customers covering many different areas across Middlesbrough Council.
With an average of 400 plus phone calls being received daily and numerous face to face contact with customers, our Customer Advisors demonstrate a courteous and professional manner at all times, whilst developing effective working relationships across the Council to best meet service needs.
