The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is an exciting opportunity to drive project success and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Day-to-day, you will support the development and delivery of all workstreams in line with best practices. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Managing complex projects requiring input from multiple functional teams to ensure requirements are set and progress is made.
* Creating bespoke, solution-oriented schedules and project plans to ensure timely delivery of ongoing and future projects.
* Owning, managing, and maintaining the programme risk register, applying active risk management, and completing mitigation actions.
* Writing and maintaining the Project Execution Plan for BLUEPRINT by liaising with stakeholders across functional groups.
* Creating stakeholder maps and communication plans.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, based on-site at Andover. Travel to other European countries may be required.
Essential experience of the Project Manager:
* Experience delivering all parts of the project lifecycle.
* Experience managing risk within projects and programmes.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
* Qualified with APM PMQ or equivalent, or on the pathway to achieving this qualification.
