The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to help shape and scale our Salesforce ecosystem across the group. Youll report to and collaborate with our Head of IT, but will also work with a high degree of autonomy to drive improvements, build cross-company solutions, and unlock untapped value within our CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head of IT as the primary technical owner and builder of Salesforce across all Accquis Group businesses
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build, optimize, and support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Develop and deploy automated business processes with Salesforce Flow (minimizing reliance on Apex)
• Enhance customer communication channels via Marketing Cloud (SMS, WhatsApp, email journeys, etc.)
• Take initiative to audit current platform health and propose system/process enhancements
• Migrate legacy Apex to Flow where possible while maintaining system integrity
• Advocate and implement intelligent functionality with Salesforce AI and automation tools
• Educate and train users to maximize adoption and impact of Salesforce platform
• Support new business acquisitions by integrating their processes and data into the Salesforce ecosystem
About You
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud development/administration
• Advanced skills with Salesforce Flow (e.g., record-triggered, screen flows, orchestrator)
• Familiarity with Apex (can review, tweak, or migrate code)
• Experience enabling omnichannel communications in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset—comfortable prioritizing and delivering work without a pre-defined backlog
• Strategic thinker with ability to define, scope, and drive projects in a loosely structured environment
• Experience in insurance, finance, SaaS, or service-based industries is a plus
Preferred Salesforce certifications:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Platform App Builder
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
* Sales Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant
