Fulfilment Consultant - Edinburgh - Care - Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 at home

The Care team in Edinburgh has been a cornerstone of our business for many years. They have consistently developed and nurtured top-performing consultants.


We are currently seeking a Fulfilment Consultant to manage key client relationships in the region, specializing in Social Care. This role will focus on placing qualified social workers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates interacting with Randstad's clients.
* Drive new business development, manage accounts, and generate leads.
* Meet or exceed established performance targets.
* Maintain accurate systems management and compliance within your portfolio.
* Managing systems and compliance on your desk
