About the Company:
A rapidly growing food and beverage brand with a reputation for innovation, authenticity, and product excellence. Now entering our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Commercial to lead the charge in unlocking further growth across multiple channels.
Role Purpose:
The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading all commercial strategy and execution across the business. This includes growing revenue through retail, wholesale, and B2B partnerships; optimising pricing and product mix; and developing new channels and opportunities. Youll work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure commercial goals align with the brands mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy, Business Development & Growth
Lead the development and execution of the companys commercial and business development strategy.
Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across own web, retail, franchising, events, hotels, restaurants, and wholesale.
Shape pricing, promotions, and go-to-market plans to maximise profitability.
Business Development & Partnerships
Forge and manage key strategic partnerships (e.g., retail outlets, franchise partners, delivery platforms, co-branding).
Negotiate high-value contracts with suppliers, distributors, and partners.
Lead entry into new markets or regions.
Sales & Revenue Leadership
Drive performance across all sales channels (in-store, e-commerce, events, B2B).
Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with operations to ensure scalability and delivery of revenue goals.
Commercial Operations
Own and optimise the commercial P&L.
Work with supply chain and finance to ensure cost efficiency and stock planning supports growth.
Analyse commercial performance data and customer trends to inform decisions.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team (sales, account management, partnerships).
Set KPIs and coach team members to hit targets and grow within the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years experience in a commercial leadership role (F&B, QSR, consumer brand, or franchise highly desirable).
Track record of driving multi-channel revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Commercially astute with solid financial acumen and P&L ownership experience.
Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
Experience in fast-growing or early-stage environments is a plus.
Passion for food, beverage, or youth culture is a strong advantage.
