Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end debt recovery cases, from pre-litigation to enforcement
* Draft legal documents and formal correspondence
* Liaise with courts and clients throughout the litigation process
* Advise on enforcement actions including arrestments and other diligence
* Maintain accurate case records and meet key deadlines

* Proven experience in debt recovery within the Scottish legal system
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and court procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
