Eligibility (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

Supporting people to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes is deeply rewarding. You’ll help with personal care, assist with everyday tasks, and provide comfort and reassurance, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence required
* Alternate weekend work required
* Non‑UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK with at least 12 months left on their visa; sponsorship is not available
* Experience not required – kindness is essential; full free training and career growth support provided up to QCF Level 5
