Sales Office Manager

Excellent Salary Package plus Bonus

Location: Cannock, Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm


Role Overview

Are you a strong people leader with a passion for team development and performance coaching?

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic internal sales team, drive daily performance, and ensure consistent growth aligned with business objectives. This role emphasizes leadership and team management, making it ideal for a skilled mentor and motivator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and daily management of the internal sales team
2. Set daily goals, monitor performance, and foster a motivated team culture
3. Track KPIs and individual targets to meet commercial objectives
4. Support performance through coaching, training, and development plans
5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and drive results
6. Manage pricing strategy, profitability, and support reporting and analytics
7. Deliver performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
8. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
9. Conduct internal sales meetings and communicate goals and challenges


What We’re Looking For

* Experience managing and developing high-performing sales or commercial teams
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on accountability
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness with data interpretation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms
* Inspirational leadership capable of driving change and supporting growth

* Increased team engagement and development
* Effective communication and streamlined sales operations
* Growth in customer relationships and market expansion
