Description
The Key Responsibilities for the Junior Product Manager are as follows:
Supporting product-related technical issues before sales, including troubleshooting and working with internal teams and customers.
Testing and evaluating new products before they are launched to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Researching competitor products and maintaining a database to help guide product strategy.
Collaborating with the services team to make sure products are compatible with wider company offerings.
Visiting customers for product trials and resolving any technical issues.
Assisting in the process of launching new products and managing key stakeholders throughout.
Profile
The successful Junior Product Manager will have around two years of experience in a similar technical or product support role, ideally within a B2B environment. They will have a good understanding of DVR, cloud, and connectivity technologies (like 4G and WiFi), and be confident working across teams including sales, engineering, and marketing.
