Your Role:

Bring previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar high-end restaurant or luxury hotel role.

Have extensive knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and service techniques.

Be confident in recommending and discussing wines to enhance the guest experience.

Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to elevate food and wine pairings.

Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
