We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Bradford (BD3) area.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support a vibrant individual living with Tetraplegia. The role involves providing compassionate care to a non-verbal client who uses AAC head-switch technology to communicate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day care and support for a client living with Tetraplegia.
* Communicate effectively and patiently, building sentences and fostering connection.
* Work independently or as part of a team under professional nursing oversight.
Shifts
* 8 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm.
* Alternate Weekends.
Training & Support
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Care Worker.
* DBS/PVG check and references.
