With a well-established presence in Leeds and strong national reach, the firm’s corporate team acts for an impressive client base including large corporates, SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors, and the public sector.
You will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the Leeds corporate offering, advising on:
* M&A transactions
* Private equity and venture capital matters
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
* General corporate governance and advisory issues

The Candidate
* Established Corporate Solicitor (likely 8+ PQE) with solid transactional experience
* Demonstrable client following or proven ability to generate work
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* Leadership skills and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
* Entrepreneurial outlook with drive to contribute to the firm’s growth in Leeds
