Job overview As a Photography Producer you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end production of Karndean's global photography and video content. You will oversee the full process, from initial concept and planning through to delivery, ensuring all visual outputs meet brand standards, business objectives, and project timelines. Working closely with regional marketing teams, photographers, studios, stylists, and suppliers, you will coordinate all aspects of production to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creative direction with commercial priorities. Responsibilities Present creative ideas and production plans to stakeholders for approval Manage project budgets, maximising visual outputs while retaining brand quality Coordinate feedback rounds between stakeholders Manage expectations, feedback, and approvals at every stage Oversee studio and location photo shoots. This includes: Liaising with regional marketing teams, floor fitters and suppliers Raising purchase orders and ordering product, as required Doing any advance recces Attending the shoot on the day Maintain strong relationships with vendors, freelancers, and creative partners Ensure all visual content supports the larger marketing strategy and brand identity Stay up-to-date on trends, bringing fresh ideas to each project Responsible for checking all images are accurate and of suitable quality for final sign-off Work with regional marketing teams to create photography briefs Travel to photo shoots across UK, staying away overnight where needed Very occasional evening or weekend work for location shoots Take responsibility for processing related purchase orders Manage the in-house digital asset management system Related duties as required, for example, arranging video shoots Qualifications, skills and experience Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays Strong communicator with experience collaborating across regions and with senior stakeholders Solid understanding of the creative process, including design, photography, and post-production Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused Experience working with photography studios and creative agencies Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva An understanding of interior design is advantageous but not essential
