Duty Criminal Solicitor

Job Ref: 2006. 2+ Years PQE, Shropshire, GBP 50,000+ (DOE). A new role for an experienced Duty Criminal Solicitor to join a busy team.
* Applications are sought from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in a fast‑paced criminal law environment.
* You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates' Court matters.
* Participating in duty rotas for both Magistrates' Court and Police Stations.
* Supporting colleagues within the department and liaising with both existing and new clients.
* You will ideally hold higher rights, but not essential.
* It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
* Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
