Purpose of Role
* The Senior Asset Integrity Systems and Data Engineer leads the management, development and assurance of critical asset integrity data, digital systems and analytics to support effective decision making, visibility of risk, improved defect and anomaly management, supporting risk‑based programs across Harbour Energy’s portfolio of operated assets.
* Ensures the ONE Integrity database is consistently managed and maintained to a high standard, integrating with all Harbour Energy systems, inspections records, anomaly registers, equipment registers and 3D Point Cloud models.
* Acts as a key enabler of technology‑led efficiency, ensuring digital tools, integrity management systems (IMS) and performance dashboards provide high‑quality insights for operational, engineering and leadership decision‑making.
* Plays a key role in integrated asset integrity reporting across key metrics and KPIs for the demonstration of environmentally responsible, cost‑effective and timely execution of all aspects of the asset integrity inspection maintenance and testing program.
Critical Responsibilities (MAE/MATTE/HSES)
* Ensure that integrity data is effectively managed, controlled and quality checked to support risk‑based programs, anomalies and recorded defects.
* Maintain ONE Integrity databases as a single source of truth for robust risk‑based decision making of inspection and corrective maintenance planning.
* Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures, demonstrating data accuracy, reliability and completeness.
* Understand Harbour Energy Corporate Major Accident Prevent Plan Principles of Process Safety Leadership and Process Safety Fundamentals and their relationship with preventing MAE / MATTE.

Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence
Accountabilities
* Own ONE Integrity Databases and act as the focal point for ongoing maintenance, upgrades and improvements, ensuring integration with other UK BU systems.
* Own 3D Point Cloud Model and ensure it is maintained and updated with vendor collaboration.
* Accountable for quality of data, inspection history results, anomalies, follow‑up inspection tasks, and inspection monitor tasks, ensuring they do not go overdue.
* Accountable for audit‑ready data relating to asset integrity, barrier health and key performance metrics.
* Champion technology and digital enablement of risk‑based inspection programs, adopting 3D point‑cloud digital twin models for efficiencies.
* Accountable for integrity systems ownership and development, acting as focal point for system configuration and upgrades to ONE Integrity Database with IT/Digital teams.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and administer inspection data management systems ONE Integrity, ensuring accurate capture, governance, validation rules and master data are up‑to‑date.
* Apply governance to anomalies, prioritise and report, ensuring data is communicated timely and accurately.
* Oversee input of asset integrity data into ONE Integrity to ensure consistency.
* Develop work‑pack management process for inspection preparation and QA/QC of completed work packs.
* Create monthly asset integrity reports, including KPIs, data trends, anomaly statuses and dashboards.
* Drive continuous improvement in asset registers, master equipment lists and links with 3D point‑cloud digital twin models.
* Provide support for meetings, forums and presentations on asset integrity risk.
* Collaborate on annual asset integrity plans, budgets and provide input data for priority setting.
* Foster relationships with wider asset integrity team and asset delivery leads to identify and implement improvements.
* Provide training, guidance and user support for integrity systems and data analytic tools.
Technical Competencies and Capabilities
* Strong understanding of Harbour Energy systems, software, databases and development, with technical competence in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Base understanding of primary asset integrity codes and industry standards (ASME PCC, B31.3, API codes).
* Structured, systematic approach to data management and quality assurance, applying system‑level thinking.
* Effective communicator able to translate data insights into operational risk awareness and present clearly to senior management.
* Committed to ongoing development and keeping abreast of advancing technologies in the field of asset integrity management.
Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience, etc.
* Educational degree/HND/HNC or 7+ years of industry experience in similar roles.
* Previous experience in developing digital transformation or data integration projects in an energy or process industry.
* Track record of continuous professional development, e.g. Chartered/Inc. Engineer via a recognised engineering body.
* Experience in mechanical/asset integrity programmes, with strong understanding of Asset Integrity management, RBI, anomaly management and MAH prevention.
* Conversant with UK regulatory environment (PSSR, PSR, Safety Case, verification).
* Potential requirement to mobilise offshore as needed.
* Familiar with Maintenance Management System operation.
* Strong teamwork skills and experience within inspection team environment.
* Accomplished planning and organisational skills with effective communication and networking.
* Awareness of Harbour Energy HSEQ Policies and Business Management System (BMS).
* Awareness of Harbour Energy Core Values and ability to demonstrate these values.
