Our construction team has grown significantly over the past seven years, and we are now looking for an Associate/Solicitor with excellent non-contentious experience to join our Birmingham office. The role will be to focus primarily on non-contentious construction matters, offering an Associate an excellent opportunity to enjoy high calibre work within a supportive environment. The non-contentious construction work offers projects of differing sizes and complexity for a range of clients across a variety of sectors. Person specification To be successful in this role, you should have experience specifically in non-contentious construction work, commercial awareness with a common-sense approach to problem-solving, and the ability to provide and communicate practical, commercial advice in a straightforward manner, assimilating facts quickly and working towards tight timescales. You should have an enquiring mind, be attentive to detail, and have a willingness to accept new challenges while managing your own time effectively.
