As Senior Learning and Development Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping our talent and leadership programmes - building on strong foundations to create future-ready, high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth, leadership, and performance. The Role Location: Dartford HQ (with national travel to offices and project sites) Reporting to and partnering closely with two of our Talent Leads, you'll co-design and manage leadership and talent development programmes end to end. Your work will directly contribute to a culture where our people are empowered to grow, lead, and thrive. Co-design and deliver engaging, forward-thinking learning and leadership programmes. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle or our current suite of talent and manager development programmes - supporting career growth, leadership capability, and criticalskills. Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create tailored solutions that align with business strategy and individual aspirations. Champion innovation – bring new ideas, tools, and technology into our learning strategy. Use data and feedback to measure impact, continuously improve, and demonstrate the value of learning. About You A natural collaborator with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills. A structured and hands-on programme manager, with a keen eye for detail and delivery. An engaging facilitator, confident in leading sessions and energising groups. Curious, confident, and resilient — someone who asks questions, speaks up, and thrives in a changing environment. A genuine passion for people, learning, and performance. Skills & Experience We value skills and capability above all, but you'll ideally have: 3–5 years in a learning, talent, or leadership development role. Experience in programme design and delivery aligned to performance and business outcomes. Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Suite, Power BI and psychometrics). Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, industry insight into construction or similar large-scale, project-based environments.
