Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the sales agenda—establishing a data‑led strategy and translating it into clear, well‑executed plans. You will lead a capable team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture built on trust, accountability, and a growth mindset. The overall aim is to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth: identifying routes to market, opening new international territories, securing multi‑site customer agreements, and strengthening distributor partnerships.
Qualifications
We are seeking a commercially astute sales leader with a proven track record in capital equipment or engineered solutions who has strong people leadership and experience developing new markets. You will have led strategic planning and can inspire teams to execute and excel.
