Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator\n Location: Fully Remote (must be able to travel to London for occasional team events)\n Hourly Rate: £15 - £17 per hour\n Contract Length: 4 months (Temporary)\n Working Hours: 25 hours per week across Monday-Thursday (flexible on days and hours)\n\nOverview\n\nWe're looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support a range of exciting marketing and training initiatives. If you're great at managing projects, communicating with different teams, and keeping things on track, this could be the perfect role for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTrack project timelines, milestones, and content progress.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and vendors.\nMaintain dashboards, project plans, and status updates.\nSupport the preparation of programme briefs, training materials, and content uploads.\nReview learner feedback and engagement data; summarise key insights.\nEnsure course content is accurate and up to date in the LMS (Skilljar).\nCreate summary reports on course performance.\nCoordinate logistics for leadership programmes (invites, group posts, communications).\nWork with teams and facilitators to gather, organise, and review content.\nDraft internal updates and communications (e.g. Slack posts).\nKeep all project documentation (task lists, calendars, stakeholder info) organised.\nMonitor timelines, flag risks, and follow up on action items.\nAssist with cross-team marketing projects and campaigns.\nMaintain the content calendar and support timely delivery of marketing materials.
