Basic Salary: GBP 29,000 + Depending on experience
OTE : GBP 36,000
Hours: Monday : Friday 8am till 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am till 2pm

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor with a customer service environment or main car dealership
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling
Full manual UK Driving License : Subject to drivers check
