Role Overview As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum. Assist in delivering engaging, creative activities tailored to the child's needs. Provide focused 1:1 support to a child with Autism, encouraging communication, participation, and social interaction. Build a trusting relationship to help the student overcome challenges and make steady progress. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have the right to work in the UK. Hold a current, enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply through us). Have experience supporting children with Autism and/or Emotional or Behavioural Needs. Be dependable, enthusiastic, and available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. Be passionate about helping children with SEN flourith academically and emotionally.
