Alongside its manufacturing operations, the business is developing its own end-to-end software platform covering CRM, stock forecasting, pricing and operational systems. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf tools, the team is focused on building scalable, intelligent solutions that support real-world processes across the organisation.
They are now seeking an AI-Assisted Software Developer to join the team and play a key role in designing, building and evolving these systems.
Software Developer the role:
Design, build and iterate internal software tools supporting business operations
Work across multiple departments to understand challenges and develop practical solutions
Develop and maintain applications using modern frameworks such as React / Next.js
Integrate systems with third-party platforms including ERP, logistics and payment solutions
