They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join them at their head office near to Wimborne, Dorset, to play a key role in supporting this growth.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
* Working closely with the CFO and being closely involved in acquisition accounting;
* Providing strategic support and playing a key role in developing the company’s strategic goals and objectives;
* Leading the rest of the finance team to ensure continuous improvement and a high performance culture;
* Financial reporting and analysis, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, tax & risk management.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
* Fully qualified, preferably with some previous working knowledge of acquisitions accounting;
* A strong knowledge of statutory and financial regulations;
* A background within a private equity backed business could also be beneficial.
