We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and leading the kitchen staff to create exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
* Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
* Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations for quality and taste.
* Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
