Benefits of being a Lettings Branch Manager:
* Complete on-target earnings of £50,000+
* £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
* £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading daily team meetings
* Coaching team members to achieve KPIs
* Monitoring and assessing individual performance
* Encouraging team development and progression
* Generating new and repeat business
* Building and maintaining relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Arranging property viewings and negotiating offers
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
Essential Skills:
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a senior level
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Ability to develop and implement business plans
* Knowledge of current legislation in residential lettings
* Time management skills for high-volume workloads
* Proficiency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
