Room Deputy – Join Our Outstanding Team
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our purpose-built, eco friendly nursery.
About the Role
Our rooms are designed to give children the very best start to their school journey, focusing on school readiness, independence, and a love for learning. You will work alongside the Room Leader to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum that inspires curiosity and confidence in every child.

Our modern, carbon-zero nursery building accommodates 163 children in a light-filled, sustainable space equipped with the latest resources. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, eco-friendly early years setting.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) Level two may be considered with at least two years experience.
* Proven experience in an Early Years setting, ideally with all ages of children
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and school readiness preparation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A warm, nurturing approach with a passion for helping children thrive
