Job Description
3. Managing a variety of claims across clinical negligence, product liability, and historic abuse claims
4. Advising major indemnifiers, insurers and healthcare professionals
5. Handling complex litigation from inception to resolution
6. Liaising closely with clients and ensuring compliance with service standards
7. Supporting the continued growth of the healthcare practice
The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Solicitor - Senior Associate should have:
8. A qualification as a solicitor in Scotland with expertise in professional indemnity, clinical negligence, healthcare of abuse claims
9. Proven experience in handling complex legal cases within the healthcare sector.
10. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal frameworks.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
12. The ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
