Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Driver
Location: Banbury
Department: Warehouse / Distribution
Hours/Shifts: Sunday - Thursday (Apply online only)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Role Purpose
To operate a Bendi (Flexi) forklift truck safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and store goods within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled accurately and in line with site health & safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Bendi/Flexi truck to move stock safely within the warehouse, including working in narrow aisles and racking areas.
Load and unload deliveries/collections as required, ensuring loads are stable and transported securely.
Put away stock into racking locations and complete replenishment tasks to support picking operations.
Support Goods In/Goods Out activities: checking quantities, reporting discrepancies/damages, and following site processes.
Maintain housekeeping standards: keep aisles clear, dispose of waste correctly, and follow site 5S/clean-as-you-go standards.
Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including PPE, speed limits, pedestrian segregation, and safe stacking guidelines.
Work collaboratively with warehouse operatives, team leaders, and transport teams to meet KPI and dispatch targets.
Skills & Experience Required
Valid Bendi/Flexi forklift national licence
Confident working at height and in narrow aisles/racking.
Strong attention to detail with accurate stock handling.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physically able to complete manual handling tasks when required.
