Description The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. Responsibility to ensure that operations are carried out to control costs, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality are obtained and full compliance with the Alliance and Anglian Water governance procedures is achieved. All to be done working as part of an integrated delivery team providing commercial challenge and recommending actions to achieve a high level of assurance. The role will be hybrid with a requirement to attend the Peterborough office 2-3 days a week. LI-KP1 Responsibilities Responsibilities Weekly/Monthly Cost Analysis to support EVM reporting (specifically design) Managing any error reports, ie change in rates, unapproved resources, incorrect hours, etc Supporting Design Team with detailed EVM analysis to control account level Assist with developing a new EVM reporting process for Amp8 delivery. Working closely with PMO team Take ownership over the data entry and analysis. Collating data from different Client/Partner systems and processes. Working with Design Managers to identify change across projects. Support with writing Change Control Forms for design team Organising meeting with Functional Leads to review revised forecasting across programme Running timesheet reports on weekly basis for Functional Teams Working with People Team to report on FTE, recruitment needs · Liaising with Partners to ensure People Recruitment process has been followed with approving CTE/submitting CTEs/Uploads to SAP (AW Cost System) Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained. Ensure completion of a full Induction to H&S in accordance with Company policies, procedures, standards &/or guidance. Ensure adherence to safe working practices including completing audits in line with schedule. Monitor and maintain compliance with the Working Time Directive. Ensure you are compliant with the use of mandatory safety monitoring equipment, near miss reporting and compliance with the company procedures. Maintain H&S standards to enable a zero-accident culture. Actively work with your team, line manager and the H&S Team to improve upon H&S procedures where possible. Report all near misses through the appropriate channel to prevent future accidents.
