You will lead a dedicated local team, support branch growth and maintain exceptional standards of care. What You’ll Do * Hold CQC Registered Manager status (or be prepared to achieve it) * Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery * Drive compliance across all regulatory and quality standards * Monitor branch performance against weekly and monthly KPIs * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation * Manage branch staff including Care Planners and Field Care Supervisors * Handle and resolve complaints at branch level * Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Present services to prospective clients and support business growth * Manage key accounts and oversee service quality * Support effective staff allocation to meet client needs * Oversee accurate timesheet processing * Participate in the on-call rota as required What We’re Looking For * Experience in managing domiciliary care services (essential) * Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care sector regulations * Exceptional leadership, motivation and people-management skills * Confident communicator with the ability to promote services effectively * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently with a positive, solutions-focused approach * Passion for driving service excellence and continuous improvement Why Join Us? * Supportive working environment * Opportunities for progression, learning and development * Chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing care organisation * Be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding care in the community
