Product Owner (Salesforce) Hull – open to UK wide relocation!
My industry‑leading Client are looking for a Product Owner to join them and play a key role in their Salesforce journey. Acting as the voice of the customer and business, you'll shape the team's workload to ensure the right value is delivered at the right time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and the wider business and can translate complex needs into actionable deliverables, while keeping a sharp focus on delivery outcomes.
My client implemented Salesforce off‑the‑shelf a couple of years ago and has customised it across different business areas. It is working incredibly well and they are looking to bring in a Salesforce specialist to manage the ongoing refinement of the product across their large customer‑service function.
Responsibilities
* Act as the voice of the customer and business, shaping the team's workload to ensure the right value is delivered at the right time.
* Act as the conduit between stakeholders and the development team.
* Gather requirements and understand stakeholders' problems and issues.
* Suggest how the Salesforce system can help and work with IT to deliver solutions.
* Translate complex needs into actionable deliverables.
* Navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control.
Qualifications
* Solid grounding in Salesforce; an analytical perspective rather than deep technical expertise.
* Experience in Business Analysis or PM background, or proven Product Owner experience.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills, comfortable pushing back to get things done.
* Ability to work with urgency, accountability, and a sense of control.
Benefits
Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and wider benefits. Work in state‑of‑the‑art offices just outside of Hull.
