Commercial Property Legal Secretary – Nottingham
An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is looking to appoint a skilled Legal Secretary to support its Commercial Property team in Nottingham.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment, providing high-level support to fee earners and playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across the Commercial Property team
* Producing a wide range of legal documentation through audio and copy typing
* Managing digital dictation, correspondence, and file administration
* Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients in a professional manner
* Supporting fee earners to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a legal secretarial or professional support role
* Strong audio typing ability, ideally using digital dictation systems such as BigHand
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues
