Nursery Nurse - Busy Children's Nursery (Walton-on-Thames)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Nursery Nurse to join our busy and welcoming children's nursery in Walton-on-Thames. If you are passionate about early years education and dedicated to providing high-quality care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Support children's learning through a blend of structured and play-based activities
* Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments
* Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
* Follow safeguarding policies and procedures diligently
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A full and relevant Early Years qualification
* Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the EYFS
* Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
* Experience working effectively within a team
* Customer service experience
* Good knowledge of health and safety practices
* Understanding of equal opportunities legislation
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* A satisfactory DBS check
