Responsibilities
* Support with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions such as paying bills.
* Make meals, drinks and snacks where necessary.
* Encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans.
* Assist residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing/bathing and dressing; helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as ensuring medication is taken as required.
* Place resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives and keeping managers and key agencies informed of progress.
You will work in residents' apartments within our schemes, which offer communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros, and hair salons, fostering strong relationships with familiar residents and colleagues every day.

Training and Development
Will be supported to achieve relevant qualifications and can join the Extra Care Academy to progress into management.
Compensation and Benefits
* Paid by the hour: £13.48 per hour (full‑time equivalent £24,602 per annum based on 35 hours per week).
