Lead, coach, and manage the Parts Advisors to achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit, and performance targets all brands. Take direct responsibility for maximizing sales opportunities through proactive promotion of parts, accessories, and upselling. Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and support the overall objectives of the dealership. Assistant Parts Manager Requirements: • Must have experience in Parts, preferably from a dealership background as the role is fast paced. • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous. • Full UK Driving License.
