We are seeking a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to lead a new development in Kent. In this role, you will:
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and budgets for assigned developments.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
* Proactively generate and convert leads for mortgage services, conveyancing, new home sales, lettings, and property valuations.
* Partner with the local new homes support team to ensure efficient marketing execution and smooth sales administration.
* Maintain full staffing across developments and effectively manage cover for holidays and absences.
* Tackle challenges proactively and influence key decisions to drive successful outcomes.
* Maintain a strong focus on achieving defined sales objectives
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in New Homes Sales as a Manager
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-Motivated with the ability to perform in a competitive environment.
* Market Research and Data Analysis skills
* Proven track record in meeting sales targets
* Knowledge of the industry and market trends

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be a commission structure and further company benefits.
