Personal Assistant position full time based in Walsall. This role is supporting a CEO as well as some work for the board. Client Details My client is a growing organisation who are looking for an Personal Assistant to support their CEO and will be a hybrid, 2 days from home role based in Walsall. Description Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management. Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist in planning and coordinating events, both on-site and off-site. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation. Profile Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
