Find where you belong! Join the People Team at our head office in Thame. This role involves working on reception at the head office, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors. You will contribute to a warm welcome and help ensure the offices are ready for each day, reporting any issues quickly to the in-house maintenance team.
What’s it all about? Welcoming colleagues and visitors, directing telephone queries to the right place, handling incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner, and keeping stationery stocked. You will also help to organise our busy shared inbox, direct colleagues to self-help resources where appropriate, and support a variety of admin tasks including maintaining colleague records and responding to reference requests. You will complete health and safety/building maintenance checks, report and escalate issues quickly, and ensure each kitchen area is stocked with crockery, cutlery and supplies such as tea and coffee.
Responsibilities

Requirements and What This Will Appeal To

A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to multi-task and follow processes is essential.
This role is part time at 18 hours per week, with a salary of £12,412 per year, covering the afternoon shift.
* Tuesday: 12pm – 6pm
* Thursday: 12pm – 6pm
* Friday: 12pm – 6pm
